Ticketing for Landmark Musical Theatre is now handled by Audience1st.com.

Thank you for using your QR Code or link to purchase tickets to RENT. Using this page to select your tickets will automatically apply your discount code to both Premium and Regular adults tickets (please note that senior, student and youth tickets which are already discounted are not included with this offer). It will also credit your ticket sale to the cast or staff member who referred you.

Seating At Landmark Musical Theatre

Landmark Musical Theatre is a 99-seat venue in the heart of San Francisco's Theatre District. Our seating for live productions is by reserved seat only. We normally have three classes of seating:

  • Premium seating - seats in the front and center of the house
  • Regular seating - seats in the rear and sides of the house
  • Accessible seating - two seats and a wheelchair-accessible space on each side of the front row

In addition, for RENT, we have reserved the center nine (9) seats in the first row for "lottery" seating.

Discount tickets are available for the performances listed in the dropdown menu. Premium tickets are located in rows B, C, D and E, while Regular tickets are located in rows E, F, G and H (there are only 8 rows in the theater). The front row is reserved for Lottery and Accessible tickets.

Discounts vary by show date. Most discounts in the Cast/Staff category are $20 off ($30 for Premium adult tickets, $20 for Regular adult tickets). The exceptions to this are:

  • The opening night Gala on July 9 are $10 off for both Premium and Regular tickets. There will be a party onstage after the show including free champagne for adults, snacks and cake.
  • Closing weekend Friday/Saturday/Sunday tickets (August 12-14) are $10 for both Premium and Regular tickets.
  • Discounts will drop to $10 for all tickets after July 31, 2022.

Lottery tickets are 9 seats reserved in the front row for people who sign up on the day before each performance and are selected with a lottery to purchase 1 or 2 tickets at $10. Jonathan Larson, the author and composer of RENT, was a firm believer in offering everyone an affordable opportunity to see his production and our daily lottery follows in that spirit.

To purchase your discounted tickets, please select a performance from the drop-down menu below. Each performance in the drop-down menu will indicate the discount you will receive. Performances that are not discounted will still be credited to your cast or staff member.

After selecting your performance, you will be taken to the Audience1st.com site to select and purchase your tickets with your discount code applied. Full-priced tickets will still appear on the ticketing page so please select tickets marked Discount or any lower priced ticket for which you qualify.
