About Top Of The Shelton

Welcome to the rebirth of Top Of The Shelton! Located on the second floor of the Shelton Theatre building at 533 Sutter Street in San Francisco, between Powell and Mason in the heart of Union Square, Top Of The Shelton will soon become YOUR place to see wonderful theatrical and other entertainment events!

We have two venues, a 99-seat proscenium theater which formerly housed such well-known groups as San Francisco Playhouse, Custom Made Theatre Company and Landmark Musical Theatre, and a 49-seat black box theater which was, until very recently, the home of Un-Scripted Theatre.
