Ticketing for Landmark Musical Theatre is now handled by Audience1st.com.

Thank you, Emblem Hotel guest, for using your QR Code or link to purchase tickets to HAIR. Using this page to select your tickets will automatically apply your discount code to both Premium and Regular adults tickets (please note that senior, student and youth tickets which are already discounted are not included with this offer).

Seating At Landmark Musical Theatre

Landmark Musical Theatre is a 99-seat venue in the heart of San Francisco's Theatre District. Our seating for live productions is by reserved seat only. We normally have four classes of seating:

  • Premium seating - seats in the front center of the house
  • Regular seating - seats in the rear of the house
  • Obstructed seating - seats in the front sides of the house which have a slightly obstructed views of the stage
  • Accessible seating - two seats and a wheelchair-accessible space on each side of the front row

Discount tickets are available for the performances listed in the dropdown menu. Premium tickets are located in rows A, B, C and D, while Regular tickets are located in rows E, F, G and H (there are only 8 rows in the theater).

Discounts vary by show date.

Obstructed seats in rows A, B and C on the left and right sides are always $25 without a discount code for all performances.

If you require a wheelchair or walker, or if you have visual or audible or other disabilities requiring special seating, please email boxoffice@landmarkmusicals.com for assistance with Accessible tickets which are only sold through the box office.

To purchase your discounted tickets, please select a performance from the drop-down menu below. Each performance in the drop-down menu will indicate the discount you will receive.

After selecting your performance, you will be taken to the Audience1st.com site to select and purchase your tickets with your discount code applied. Full-priced tickets will still appear on the ticketing page so please select tickets marked Discount or any lower priced ticket for which you qualify.
