Ticketing for Landmark Musical Theatre is now handled by Audience1st.com. There are NO Ticketing Fees!

Using this page to select your tickets will automatically apply your discount code to both Premium and Regular adult tickets (please note that senior, student and youth tickets which are already discounted are not included with this offer).

Seating At Landmark Musical Theatre

Landmark Musical Theatre is a 99-seat venue in the heart of San Francisco's Theatre District. Our seating for live productions is generally by reserved seat only. We normally have three classes of reserved seating:

  • Premium seating - forty-five seats in the front and center of the house (shown in green)
  • Regular seating - fifty-three seats in the rear and sides of the house (shown in blue)
  • Accessible seating - one seat and a wheelchair-accessible space on the left side of the front row (shown in orange)

Discount tickets are available for the performances listed in the dropdown menu (not all performances will be listed for any specific discount code). To purchase your discounted tickets, please select a performance from the drop-down menu. Each performance in the drop-down menu will indicate the discount you will receive.

After selecting your performance, you will be taken to the Audience1st.com ticketing site to select and purchase your tickets with your discount code already applied. Full-priced tickets will still appear on the ticketing page below your discount offer so please select tickets marked with your discount or any lower priced ticket for which you qualify.
