NOTES:
Note that dates on the calendar are color-coded to match the descriptions below. Greyed dates will NOT be scheduled. Please provide specific details in the comment box below.

AUDITIONS: April 16-23
Our initial callback dates are April 16 (Saturday afternoon), April 18 (Monday evening) and April 19 (Tuesday evening). Our final callback date is April 23 (Saturday afternoon). Please indicate any conflicts you have for those dates.

REHEARSALS: May 15 - June 30
Monday - Thursday, 7 PM to 11 PM
Sunday, 1 PM to 6 PM
These are dates on which we MAY schedule rehearsals. We will not use all of those dates but we will not schedule rehearsals on any of the other dates in that range (in particular, no rehearsals on Friday or Saturday). We will create our rehearsal schedule based on conflicts that are given to us at registration or auditions. You are expected to be available for all dates which you do not indicate are a conflict in advance. Please check each box when you are NOT available for the entire rehearsal period (whether you need to miss the entire rehearsal or only part of it, i.e., you need to be late by 1/2 an hour). If you have a partial conflict for some dates, check those boxes but also note the specific time(s) when you are not available in the comment box below.

TECH WEEK: July 2 - July 8
All tech week rehearsals are scheduled from 6 PM to midnight on weeknights and potentially up to 8 hours per day on weekends (between 9 AM and 11 PM). We will serve the cast and crew either lunch or dinner on "long days". Please check all days during tech week when you have ANY conflict and provide detailed information in the comment box below. Also, although we show tech week as being 7 straight days, we will always have at least one "dark" day for the cast during tech week.

PERFORMANCES: July 9 - August 21
There will be performances on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings (typically with curtain at 7:30 PM but times may vary) and on Sunday afternoon (typically with curtain at 2:30 PM but times may vary). Cast will typically be called an hour prior to curtain (but call times may also vary). Please indicate all dates that you would have any conflict for the time range shown and provide details in the comment box below. Please understand that any conflicts with performance dates will generally mean that we can not cast you as a principal performer, but we may consider offering you an understudy or swing role, or possibly consider splitting an ensemble role between you and another person who also has conflicts. There will be two brush-up rehearsal dates on July 13 and July 20 in the evening.
