AUDITIONS: February 19-26, 2023
Our initial audition dates (in-person) are Sunday,
February 19 from 2 PM to 10 PM and Monday, February 20,
from 7 PM to 10 PM.
Our callback date is Sunday, February 26, from 6 PM to 10 PM.
Please indicate any conflicts you have for those dates.
PRE-REHEARSAL PUPPET WORKSHOPS: April 2 - May 8, 2023
In order to help all actors learn the mechanics and style of puppetry,
we will hold a series of puppet workshops on Sunday mornings and
Monday evenings starting in April and ending the week before our
regular rehearsal process begins. You will not be called for
all of these sessions, but please let us know what conflicts you
have with the dates.
REHEARSALS: May 14 - July 6, 2023
Rehearsals will typically be scheduled on Sunday from
6 PM to 10 PM and Monday through Thursday from 7 PM to 11 PM
but normally not more than 3 hours per evening.
The dates on the schedule are dates which we MAY
schedule rehearsals. We will not use all of
those dates but we will not schedule rehearsals
on any of the other dates (in particular,
no rehearsals on Friday or Saturday).
We will create our rehearsal schedule based on conflicts
that are given to us at registration and auditions. You
are expected to be available for all dates which you do
not indicate are a conflict in advance.

TECH WEEK: July 8 - 14, 2023
All tech week rehearsals are scheduled from
6 PM to 11 PM on weeknights and
potentially up to nine hours per day on
Saturday and Sunday (hours may vary) including a lunch or dinner break.
We will serve the cast and crew either lunch
or dinner on any "long days". Please check all days
during tech week when you have ANY conflict
and provide detailed information in the comment box below.
Youth performers are expected to be available until the
latest time during tech week even on school nights, but we
will make every effort to limit late nights for our youth
performers if at all possible (hopefully no later than 10 PM).
Also, although we show tech week as being seven straight days,
we will always have at least one "dark" rest day for the
cast during tech week, typically on Tuesday or Wednesday.
PERFORMANCES:
July 15 - August 13, 2023
There will be performances on all Thursday, Friday and Saturday
evenings (typically with curtain at 7:30 PM) and
on Sunday afternoons (typically with curtain at 2:00 PM).
We may also have add performances on some Saturday afternoons
and/or Wednesday evenings. Cast will typically be called
an hour prior to curtain (but curtain and call times may
vary). We may schedule two shows on a few Saturdays and we will
provide dinner between performances if that occurs.
Please indicate all dates that you
would have any conflict for the time ranges
shown and provide details in the comment
box below. Please understand that conflicts with performance
dates will generally preclude casting you as a regular
performer, but as we have not finalized all performance dates,
we still request that you audition and we will take you conflicts
into account if necessary. We may also consider offering you
an understudy or swing role, or
possibly consider splitting an ensemble role between you and another
person who also has conflicts. There may be scheduled brush-up
rehearsal dates on some Wednesdays,
during the performance run in the evening.
We will cancel brush-ups if they are not needed.
HOLIDAYS:
Holiday breaks are indicated in pink.
There will be no rehearsals scheduled during holiday breaks.
